    It is indeed genuine. I had few doubts which I cleared before making purchase by contacting them on WhatsApp. The key binds with the machine, so it will run till you have your hardware. It is working even after I formatted my laptop. One suggestion though, if you had used MS Office earlier using KMS, then remove the KMS first, or Office might face error in communicating to Microsoft servers while entering key.
